Need clarification?
Is this service for SMEs or ScaleUps?
The answer is BOTH!
While we focus on mature products that have existing markets, we encourage companies of all stages to work with us. Whether it is a successful SME that likes to tackle the US market or an up and coming StartUp that has then most innovative technology solution - we tailor our go-to market services to your needs.
Why not hire my own sales team?
The US is a very performance driven market. Experienced outside sales people cost upwards of $125,000 per year PLUS benefits like health insurance or retirement plans.
By growing a EU electronics company in the US, we noticed that the first 3-5 years were immensely hard and the biggest cost impact on our P&L was staffing and distributing the products.
In order to allow business owners to scale their US business faster and reduce time to market, we decided to share our sales network on a "pay per use" model rather than fixed overhead costs.
What is "Access to Sales Network"?
For more than 10 years we have curated a selection of industry experts servicing the industrial electrical, electronics, machinery, robotics, automation, aerospace, and defense markets.
Instead of you having to onboard dozens of sales people, we make sure to continuously grow our relationships while pushing your technology product into our existing sales channels.
How does the fee and commission work?
We work purely commission driven. The flat fee allows us to maintain your product line in our portfolio with marketing and online presence while the commission is purely designed to reward our sales success.
Generally, we work off a 15% commission on each successful converted sale delivered to the customer.
This means that you have a monthly, predictable fee and only pay when you successfully invoice a customer in our service area.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. We review partnership performance quarterly and can adjust
your service tier based on sales volume and your evolving needs in
the US market. Many clients start with Basic and upgrade to Pro as
revenue grows. There's no penalty for changing plans—we want you in
the tier that matches your growth stage.
What is a Channel Partner Program?
We help you establish formal programs with US distributors and sales reps—including co-op marketing guidelines, volume incentives, training requirements, and performance bonuses. This strengthens your brand presence in the US distribution ecosystem and gives partners more motivation to actively sell your products over competitors.
A Channel Partner Program builds the foundation to how you go from "another line card" to "strategic supplier."
How do you cut time to market by 80%?
In our experience we see that SMEs can generate meaningful US revenue within 3 to 5 years of being in business.
Meaningful means, that the revenue generated needs to cover the cost to run the business incl. COGS, OPEX, and most importantly your own sales force.
When should I open my own US business?
Keep in mind that the US business (LLC or Inc) can be opened within a day.
The most challenging part is covering your operational costs that often require existing, recurring revenue and profits.
We recommend that you should start considering your very own US subsidiary if your sales has reached at least $750-$1m in revenue with a profit margin of at last 10-18% to make a project like this worthwhile. Of course this is heavily dependent on your business case, but we love to see our clients get to that stage.
